I'm a J.D. graduate from St. John's University School of Law, currently awaiting admission to the New York Bar after sitting for the July 2025 exam. My legal training has been shaped by a consistent interest in how law intersects with business strategy — not just what the rules are, but how organizations can operate confidently within them.
My focus is on in-house counsel roles where I can work directly alongside business teams — on contracts, compliance, commercial relationships, and risk — rather than as an outside voice. I'm drawn to environments where legal counsel is part of the decision-making table, not just a final checkpoint.
I'm fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese — an asset in cross-border business contexts and multilingual client environments. I bring a methodical approach to contract review and drafting, and the ability to communicate legal complexity clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
